Will only let you redeem 2500 at a time. I had no issue winning but redeeming is a big problem. I passed the kyc but still had to update on bank. Waiting entire week for them to cancle the redeem I had. Im mad about it. Still have 1 pending and restarted with the 1st redeem again. Ruebdly Customer service answers quickly and isnt very helpful. Emailing the finance team and actually getting them to respond is a joke. I wont be changing my myreview even if I get me 5000. Its been a bullshit process and they lied. They canceled 1 of my redeems and made it seem like it was me. On 6th business day. (Today day 8) I do not t recomend this. Now while waiting I played *jackpotgoo* Won r 5k and cashed out in 1 transaction. Was paid within 2 hours. The longest I has to wait with them was like 12 hours. But normally its less then 4 hours. Luckyme isnt even on the same level. Ill update when I get my money from luckyme (the pathetic casino)

edit: redemption never comes. Scam site just like money factory. Do not deposit. Original: have been having a lot of fun on a variety of games. I have some pending redemptions now but I haven’t been waiting for very long. The customer service has been responsive and helpful to me personally. Waiting for the redemption to clear then I will buy some more coins! They have all the usual providers like 3Oaks

Redemption process is insanely slow, redeemed on 6/14 it’s 6/20 still no payment after being told it can take up to 5 business days. Thennnn when asked if there were any promotions available because of the money I’ve spent they had the nerve to say they can’t give promotions while redemptions are pending. Will update rating when paid smfh!

I'd give it 0 if I could. It's been 10 days and I still don't have my redemption even though I'm fully verified. Terms of service say 2-5 days, customer service said 10.

Redeemed $100, two days later it was canceled. I never canceled the redemption & I was told it was a technical error on their end. Was told at first 3-5 business days for redemptions to process (which is already longer than other websites I play on).. Now I’ve been told up to 10 days & the accidental cancellation on their end has me waiting even longer. Total joke, don’t waste your time or money
