Quality of item was superb!

My first order didn’t fit. They were able to rush the next size up to me just in time for the event I wanted to wear it to. The quality of the jacket is incredible. I expect it to last a very long time.

Saw luca at the Dallas fan expo. He didn't have a storm trooper jacket that would fit me. They looked through their entire stock, but it turns out I'm a little big to be the average storm trooper! But Luca took my measurements and had one special made for me. It came in the mail the other day and looks amazing. Im a Very happy oversized storm trooper!

I purchased the "Womens Black & White Contrast Leather Jacket Black Premium Napa" for shipment on 3/25 at a convention and was told it would take 15 days to arrive. On 4/2, I emailed the seller, as I had not heard any updates. They responded immediately, and emailed me to say that the jacket would be en route within the week. I received an automated notification that the shipping label had been created 4/5, but that tracking number still leads to a page that only says the label was created, with no more shipping information. The jacket arrived on 4/17. Since it was a birthday present to myself, it was kind of perfect that it arrived on my actual birthday! The quality of the item is awesome and I appreciated the quick email back, but the original estimate of 15 days was way off. I would recommend the product to anyone! I would however give a warning that the purchase may take longer than expected to arrive. Worth it in the end, as I love my item! I have been looking for my first quality leather jacket for a few years, and fell in love with this one immediately. Update: I received an email with an apology after posting this review with the offer of a discount. I take this as going above and beyond for a customer and I've bumped my four stars up to a five :)
