I ordered a custom made jacket from the onlineshop and I got it from Pakistan (I had lots of trouble with customs because of that!)... the funny part is, I explained every detail how I want my jacket. But they ignored the color and they ignored the measurements, I ordered a female jacket and got a mix between male and female. They asked me a few questions and sayed the design can be different, the measurements have to be off by over one inch, leather will stretch a lot blah blah... (I sent them pictures and a list of wrong measurements and I showed them, that is not because of some stretch issues or 1 inch btw they made the waistline 30cm bigger as I ordered also the breast size is much bigger) after that, I answered the Mail from Luca Design, they fully ignored me, I sent them a few mails..nothing... I guess they think it's Europe who care's.... -.- ... I can only warn other's from this shop! after they have your money, they don't like problems... they just care about the next order from somebody else.... now I have to find somebody who can fix this, no help from Luca Design (no repairs, no discount) 300 Eur wasted....THANKS! -.- Edit: after I made this review, they sent me a few mails and they still want to take my review down (it wasn't difficult to find out, because I wrote the same review on their homepage lol).. and yes they know which customer wrote this review, because I got many mails after that, but they still didn't gave me a discount or a new jacket, but I can buy the same jacket again with a discount (nobody would do that a 2nd time..) and they said I should take my review down, otherwise they will no longer communicate with me..SURPRISE!... -.- ...) and nope I don't take it down, why should I. I have proof about the bill, I payed for it, I made pictures and measured it for them... I can't wear beautiful words, I need a jacket but this time I will buy one from Europe. Thanks and don't be annyoing otherwise I put your mails directly into my Spam folder... (BTW this review is just the "short version"... of "What happened..") -_-

The jacket is perfect; after reading about the European cut and the arms being too tight, this was probably my biggest concern having had to order a custom size for other reasons. (I checked sizes very carefully after these warnings; my arms are a little thicker so it was a worry for me.) It was absolutely perfectly fit, and I paid attention to the arms the first time I put my jacket on. It's also lighter and more breathable than my other leather jacket, and I had to wear it in the hot weather, at least for a while, to break it in and just show it in public. (I run hot so five minutes was my limit during the summer; I look forward to wearing it more during the fall and winter, hopefully all the time.) I love the colors, the design, and Luca and his team nailed everything. Thanks! PS - I forgot to add, given the quality of this jacket I'm shocked at the price; you might balk at the price, but it's a high quality, detailed jacket and other jackets that are, in my opinion, not this gorgeous or detailed go for much, much higher. I wasn't sure what to expect until I got it, but it's beyond what I expected. Tip for consumers: You might have to ask about timing/shipping with custom sizes, but this seems like a little ask given the value of the jacket. I got the limited edition Red Hood/Arkham Knight jacket for Hanukah, and I love it: it's sheepskin, not goatskin, and a men's size, but the work is just as gorgeous and the leather is even more pliable - and I think the jacket is a little warmer. It's perfect, because I love the more breathable/lighter jacket on days it's not as cold and I look forward to using this jacket more in the winter. I hope to get the Arkham Knight Red Hood jacket in a men's size, and the Robin/Titans jacket as well. Highly recommend. Great company, dealt with Luca and was very transparent. Their products are extremely unique and they take great pride in their craftsmanship. Would highly reccomend their products!

They are super helpful and got it much faster than I expected. the jacket looks & feels amazing. I typically get a US-Medium in jackets but ordered the XL. it's snug but fits well.

This went BEYOND my expectations It's super comfortable and feels light, yet warm while wearing it. the back logo is immaculate as well as the extra straps and buttons go perfectly with the look. This is my first jacket I've owned that was on the expensive side (for me at least) and it was worth every penny.
