Customer service wasn't that great. Didn't get responses on my emails except for once saying it would ship in a week, when it took another month to ship out of the four months.

I came across Luca jackets at a convention and had no clue something like this actually existed. They have jackets from video games, anime, super heros, movies and like anything else you can think of. I ended up buying a star lord jacket right on the spot after trying one on. I love that jacket, it looks just like starlords but it also looks just like a normal leather jacket but cooler.

Luca and Josh helped me in fitting a leather jacket (had to order it). Quality seems great and they were cool to work with. Good experience.

the jacket was amazing when it arrived! I ordered this for my boyfriends birthday. around the first of march. the only thing i was not happy about was the fact that it was a preorder. but I was not aware of this when ordering. so it was late july when it arrived. disappointed with that however very very pleased with the product. they knocked it out of the park with the quality and craftsmanship of the jacket!
