If I could give a minus I would….. Do Not Purchase Received my hoover as a gift the battery went faulty after 4 uses won’t charge contacted the company they can do nothing about it because it was got as a gift…. Has took two months to get a response very poor customer service poor quality stay away from this company and hoover ur wasting your money for a few extra pound (or less) u will get a company that will stand over there products products and be helpful!!! I mean it’s not hard to purchase a battery but y should I be out the money for somthing that is coverd by them?? Very disappointing support from above company now I have to go and replace a battery that apparently can not be sent to Wer I live but yet no problem on shipping when it was a new purchase for a full order joke scam of a company

Bought a vacuum/mop robot. It worked for a few months and now it just spins around in circles doing nothing. I have written to customer service three times, without response. Very disappointing!

Purchased the Lubluelu L20 robot vacuum, all worked perfectly up until about 9months of use and suddenly can’t vacuum a rug which it previously had no problem with. Contacted customer support to ask for advice and have been completely ignored.

A part broke. I have contacted them many times... Took a picture and they asked me if my camera lens is broken.... then, I get the same stupid canned message... but no reply to deal with the problem... very unprofessional.... DO NOT BUY LUBLUELE

Nach 11 Monaten funktioniert die Wasserzuleitung nicht mehr. Nach mehrmaligem Versuch in Kontakt zu treten passiert nichts

first cordless vac, worked great on hardwood floor, bur battery died about 8 months later, they sent me a new one, and that won was fully charged but wouldn't turn on at all, now all messages and phone calls have been ignored

It is a scam! My vaccum cleaner had a problem after 6 months and it is still in warranty…. You call there, send messages, etc. No reply. Waste of money

3 Monate tolle Leistung des Saugroboters, sehr zufrieden. Danach defekt. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe.
