Web platform easy to use and clear. Good reactivity to release the funds when available. Sometimes it can take a long time to validate the eligibility of some invoices/customers.

Customer service is not good. We moved from a bank to LSQ factoring and it looks like a big mistake so far. Money is not transfer on time and response time is very slow. in addition to the fact that it is more expensive (which we knew), but expected better service for such price.
