THIEVS!!! I ordered a set of covers for my Mercedes, they sent me the wrong ones, I shipped them back and never got a refund!! Total scam!!! Buyers beware!

I was so lucky that I didn't go ahead with ordering from this company. I could see straight away by how they answered that they had no interest in customer service or in getting a sale. And reading the many 1-star reviews, it's easy to see they have an absolutely appalling customer service record. Look and see how not one negative feedback comment has even been answered by them. No way to contact by phone and the Amazon and Ebay link don't work on their site. They just don't care!! Obviously they work on percentages - as long as most people are ordering and the customers get their order, then the cash will keep rolling in and they can ignore the bad reviews. I sent a polite email to sales asking about the colour. It's normal when sending a person an email to say "Hi", "thanks" and sign off with your name. But this company does not think that's important in replying to potential customers. They also don't care if they ignore your questions. Their only black colour was "Charcoal Black". In my country, charcoal black is not a full deep black, it's an "off black" or very dark grey. I wanted a normal black, a full deep black, not charcoal. So I politely asked them how "black" was it? The reply I got was so dumb - all they did was send me a zoomed up patch 1" by 1" square and told me I can see the colour that way. Well no I can't. There is no way you can tell what a seat material will look like by looking at a tiny zoomed up portion of it! That's the same as choosing a paint colour and trying to determine what a wall inside your house will look like but only being allowed to see the wall from one inch away. As well, I asked what the cost would be to ship to Australia. They told me the carrier, UPS, but ignored the question of HOW MUCH, even though I said the overall cost including shipping would be the determining factor in the purchase. No politeness, did not even sign off with a name, just a lazy one line answer, absolutely no interest at all . So tell me, would you really like to give your money to a company that doesn't care at all about it's customers and won't even give you a shipping cost to another country?

Poor workmanship, the seat side pieces were cut too short, could not install, not enough material to cover side of seat bottom. Called and emailed repeatedly, no answer from anyone. I would NOT DO BUSINESS with them ever again.

I received my leather front seats for a Cadillac the quality of the leather is excellent as well as the workmanship. Patience is a virtue. The communication helped.

When it comes to new seat upholstery for a DeLorean there are not that many options. I was happy to find Lseat.com and it they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to the only other supplier of DeLorean seat upholstery. It did take some time to get but you have to consider everything is made to order. There were a couple little things that were different compared to the original seats but they were very minor and I can't complain for the price. These differences though could be a problem if you were going for a concourse restoration. Overall the quality of the materials and the stitching feels very heavy duty. I will totally be buying from Lseat again for future restorations. They have an extensive list templates and may be the only game in town when you're working on an interior of an old obscure car.

Ordered and received my seats for my 1993 Saab 900 CV however they came in the wrong color. I selectes S004, the orders indicated S004, which is correct. They sent me S002 Dim Silver. I am having a problem with Customer service as I wrote 5 contact messages on their web site to contact me. I left 6 messages on their phone listed on their web site and e mailed sales at lseat 3 times. Still nobody contacted me. Does anyone have any other way to contact Lseat? My last two messages is I will protest the visa charge and reverse the charge. Need help,

I ordered a set of new seat covers for my Jaguar XJS, they took a little while as they were a special order, but just love them, my upholstery guy thought they were great and was amazed when I told him how much they cost. Very good quality and price
