Buyer beware! I bought a 2002 F-150 for my son and needed to get replacement covers for the truck. I went to the website and ordered covers specified to fit 2001-2003 F-150. When I got them and opened the box I know right away something was wrong. I tried calling several times but never got a reply. I email and explained what happened and I got a reply asking me to send pictures of what I got and pictures of the original seats. They told me, "sorry you ordered the wrong thing", sending me a link to the correct seat covers. The link sent me to covers for a 2003 truck! I sent back an email stating that I didn't order the wrong thing and that I ordered what the site directed me to order. The reply, "sorry, we just made it per your purchase. we can exchange or refund it for you. however, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and $29 shipping non-refundable for refund case or 20% restocking fee and $29 shipping will be applied for the replacement order. please understand we made it per your purchase. it's a custom order and hard to get resale." This is insane folks! So order from them but beware. BBB has numerous complaints from customer with similar experiences.

Incredibly disappointed in their customer service. Prior to ordering my seat covers, I asked for a swatch/sample of their leather color choices. I selected the color that was very close to my oem seats and ordered the covers. I paid for a custom logo and asked them to contact me before they manufactured the seats so I could give them the location, size, and color of the logo. They never contacted me even after I called and left a couple of voice mails. The covers arrived in several weeks with the logo on the headrest (not my preference), and more importantly, in the wrong color! I had ordered a medium gray and the seats they sent me were in a light gray (that exactly matched the light grey on the color sample). I submitted a return request and the customer service agent I dealt with (via email only) was very short in their communication and was adamant they sent me the medium grey seat covers (they call it Dove Gray). I sent them pictures of my current seats next to the color sample and the new seat covers next to the color sample, and the new seat covers next to the current seats...the differences in color were blatantly obvious. The agent continued to deny they made a mistake. To top it all off they are charging me 20% to restock the wrong seat covers they sent me plus $29 extra shipping. I will never order anything from Lseat again and I'm going to do my very best to make sure everyone knows the kind of business this is.

The leather looks and feels great, the fit was fantastic and the customer service was great. I would def. recommend them to all my e30 friends. Thanks Lseat! -Manny

DO NOT BUY SEAT COVERS FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE DIABOLICAL. I ordered seats for my Porsche boxster, I waited weeks and weeks for them to arrive. When they did I booked an auto trimmer to fit them, immediately he pointed out the poor quality of the leather, the inconsistent spacing of the breathing holes, they were not uniform. I agreed for him to fit them as they were cheaper than Porcshe replacement covers. Well, once they were fitted I could see exactly what he was talking about, the seats were creased at the seams, they were rucked where they were stitched wrong, the headrest seems did not line up with the seats, they were not even straight, one was okay, the other was terrible. Side by side they look dreadful. The ends of the leather has plastic along the edge to fit into the clips on the seat, they are 1) not flexible enough, the plastic is too thick, 2) they will not push into seat clips, where he did manage to get them in, they just kept popping out. Finally, where the edge of the leather ends, it was not finished off correctly, therefore, the leather started to rip until it hit a seam that was finished correctly. I contacted lseat.com, I sent them all of the photos and showed them the poor manufacturing, the photos showed in detail exactly what the issue are. They told me to remove the covers and send them back to them to review them!! a) that meant I had to pay the auto trimmer to remove them, another £300. Plus, i would have to ship them back to lseat.com in the USA for them to send them back to China, which would take months. They were not prepared to pay for the removal, they actually asked me "If we give you $50 refund will you accept them as they are". My friend and I removed the covers as carfully as we could, the the covers just ripped and fell apart, they would not refund us as "they were not in the original condition they were supplied in". Basically these seat covers have cost me £1,350 just to put them in the bin. DO NOT BUY SEAT COVERS FROM THESE GUYS… Its cheaper to buy secondhand seats and have them refurbished, which is what I had to do in the end. Beacuse they are outside of the UK, our consumer protection laws mean nothing, they do not give a damn.
