Lseat.comReviews of lseat.com

We found this company when searching online. We ordered a set of seat covers from them just to see the quality of the workmanship. Needless to say they are are our go to shop when we need complete row of seat covers. We own a automotive upholstery shop and our customers are pleased when they pick their vehicle up. The shipping is pretty fast as well, compared to some other of our suppliers

I had a great experience with this company. The seats are special order and take a few weeks to make, but they are worth the price. They look great and fit very well. We added a little extra padding to the head rest. I am very happy with the quality of the product, the fit and the with the customer service. Thanks!

Was shopping price, but very surprised/satisfied with the quality. Makes it an excellent value. Read all the reviews ahead of time and realized it would take several weeks to receive my order since they are produced as you order them. Well worth the short wait.

Fine product and quality but I received the wrong color. I had t send it back at my own costs and had to wait again a few weeks, but als pay import duties and transport costs twice. So in the end very costly covers.

Ordered a set of red seat covers for my bmw 335i coupe. Received the set of covers and brought everything to a local upholstry shop, turned out that the seat backs and the headrests were for a sedan style seat and not a coupe. Lseat helped me get the correct ones in for me to bring to the shop and have installed. Now everything is on and together and looks phenomenal. Would recommend if looking to retrofit existing seats with new covers.

Quality craftsmanship. One must accept that the ordered items will take time to be produced. Given that reality, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I Ordered front seat leathers to my Jaguar XJ8 VDP. When they take my money, i must wait 3 months and write 20 email, when they finally answered that my leather is coming. LSeat customer service is not interested any more when you have paid. They dont answer calls or email. I paid Master Card and they answer when i send message that i cancel my payment. Then they answered that leathers is coming. When leathers finally came, those were totally wrong colour and wrong size. Again 20 email and they finally answered, that i must pay more if i want change leathers. Now i have wrong colour and wrong size leathers and LSeat is not interested to correct their mistake. I ordered NED=Ivory colour leathers, what is my Jag interior colour, but LSeat Ivory is totally different colour. They take your money, but customer service is terrible ! Under no circumstances should you order anything from the LSeat website.

Ordered a set of covers for 95 tahoe. They sent wrong covers, said to send my old covers in and they would make them. Then they would not respond to emails. They never answer the phone number posted. It is a shame. I will be contacting the credit card company to assist in getting a refund and contacting the Better Business bureau to report this SCAM COMPANY. Buyer beware.
