Here is a thing, Lseats makes a lot of seat covers daily and sometimes it may take time to reply back. But usually next day they reply. As far as processing your order it may take a week or two more because they are extremely busy. But end result will be satisfactory which is important. I sent my seat covers to them since they didn’t have my car covers in their catalog. I requested black genuine leather with forest green stitching. Received my order, installed the covers and i love it! Thanks Lseats

I recently made my second order from Lseat and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The quality and fitment of the covers is second to none, and the design and colors I chose were spot on. Since they did not already have a pattern for the seats I wanted to cover, the wait was a little longer than usual, but you can't rush custom work. Getting custom-made LEATHER covers takes time, and I am more than happy to wait for a quality product that will last. You can order cheap vinyl covers online from a different vendor and get them in a few days, but you get junk that may or may not fit, and may or may not last, and usually pay more than good quality custom leather covers from Lseat. Lseat is my go-to when I want my money's worth, and after two separate orders and doing business with them for over 4 years now, I highly recommend this company.

I am from Lebanon, and I ordered for my Classic 560SL Mercedes. It took 2.5 weeks and it reached as scheduled. I am impressed with the high quality of the work and the high level of professionalism they treat their customers. I highly recommend this company for all who need seat covers, whether real leather or other. Very reliable and professional.

What an awesome product. Leather is amazing quality and fitment is precise. Judge by the pictures! It does take a little time to get them because they make them upon ordering. So, if you need them right away (which it was not my case), be mindful of that. Once you get them, you will be a happy customer.like me.

Great upholstery at a fraction of the cost of the local shops. Good quality material and stitching. Not the fastest in the world but each set is made to order. Try these guys, you will be pleased with your choice.

Ive used Lseat several times. The first was over 6 years ago when I bought replacement covers for my excursion. After 6 years of business and personal use doing construction they still look great. No rips, no stitch issues etc. Most recently we wanted leather covers for an 85 bronco ii being restored. Lseat did not have the pattern and offered we mail the old ones so they could match. The replacements are a spot on match of the old ones and look great. My upholstery shop had no problems installing them. 5 stars all the way! Thank you.

Great product! Easy to contact if there are any issues and they respond in a timely manner. Had a small mishap, few emails back in forth, sent the product back, they fixed it and now all is well! I recommend this company and will be using them in the near future!

Horrible product. Have had for 2 years on a car that sits in a garage most of the time, gets taken out on weekends and the seats are peeling, even on the seats no one sits on! I have emailed multiple times they A) don’t respond half the time, B) want me to pay for new ones & C) don’t even have a phone # to speak to someone! $1000 for leather seats, you are better off going to a local shop and spending more to get better quality material! Dont waste your time.
