Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions with ease and provided information that was very pertinent that I didn’t even know to ask for. I actually had a better price with a different company but chose LPT because of the interaction I had with Dave. He went above and beyond what I expected. If my concentrator works half as well as Dave ~ I will be very happy!

They just want to sell without info on product. They are not iformative about the product. When I called to get return info they gave me the runarround. They blocked my phone so I used my wifes. I wae sent to several people befor they finaly put me through to the return person. They are like dealing with a used car salesman.

Update: Seems this company had a bad apple and had to be let go for promising things that he couldnt supply. They have decided to step up and stand behind that bad apple and verify my lifetime warranty! Props to them. When I get it in writting I'll give them the 5 stars they will deserve. DK Another RIP off company! Same deal as others have had. Told I had a lifetime warranty and not the case. These ppl lie and steal from the elderly! Not sure how they even sleep. My salesman does not even work there anymore nor does his boss at the time that verified my lifetime warranty! Bad bad bad. Stay away or you'll be sorry! This is just the first of many reviews I will be posting!
