On my Worst customer service ever and they basically accused me of lying!!dical…
On my 3rd transaction with LPT medical they did me real dirty. They sent me a machine that didn't work and they refused to believe me. They say they tested it and it is working fine. The basically called me a lier. So they kept $500.00 for a restocking fee!!! This company is a complete ripe off. Dont use them ever.

Had lifetime warranty on GCE Zen-O Lite…
Had lifetime warranty on GCE Zen-O Lite portable oxygen concentrator. Called to have unit worked on. Informed by Andrea that the company did not want to send us one because all the units were bad. She connected us with Curtis in sales, telling us they could not honor the lifetime warranty. Curtis eventually said the company could provide a $1200 credit toward a new similar unit (Arya Mini). He quoted the new unit at over $4,000, leaving over $2800 out of pocket after the credit. We were not familiar with the new brand so we explained we needed to investigate the brand. We did an immediate search of the Arya Mini. To our shock we found the Arya Mini on sale from LPT for $1595. Not only would LPT not honor the warranty, they inflated the price they quoted us.

Misleading Trade-In Terms and Poor Company Accountability
I wish I could leave a better review, but my recent experience with LPT Medical was deeply disappointing. I responded to a trade-in offer that was clearly outlined in writing, but the final transaction didn’t match what was advertised. I was charged more than expected, key items were not included, and despite multiple attempts to get clarity, I was told I had misunderstood — which I had not.
While one representative I spoke with was polite and professional, the company’s overall handling of the situation fell short of expectations. I’ve since had to purchase necessary accessories elsewhere at additional cost. For a company that serves people with serious medical needs, the lack of accountability and support was frustrating.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

Another RIP off company
Update: Seems this company had a bad apple and had to be let go for promising things that he couldnt supply. They have decided to step up and stand behind that bad apple and verify my lifetime warranty! Props to them. When I get it in writting I'll give them the 5 stars they will deserve. DK
Another RIP off company! Same deal as others have had. Told I had a lifetime warranty and not the case. These ppl lie and steal from the elderly! Not sure how they even sleep. My salesman does not even work there anymore nor does his boss at the time that verified my lifetime warranty! Bad bad bad. Stay away or you'll be sorry! This is just the first of many reviews I will be posting!

This feels like elderly abuse to me
My mother-in-law bought a Zenolite Oxygen Concentrator from this company on June 7th of this year. Included in the purchase price of $3495.00 was a "lifetime warrantee." The unit stopped working last week, while she was out of town. When she called to get it fixed, the man told her he would sell her another unit for a mere $1000.00 with a "lifetime warantee." She told him she didn't want to buy a new unit, she wanted this one fixed at which point he transferred her to someone else, who first told her to remove the battery for an hour and a half, then put it back in. She did. It didn't work, so she called them back to tell the man it didn't work, at which point he told her he would sell her a new unit for $1000.00.
When she again said she wanted the one she had already purchased, fixed, because it was under a "lifetime warrantee”, he transferred her to a woman to schedule a pick up of her unit.
At that point she was informed that she would have to pay $90.00 for shipping to have the unit picked up. Then she asked for a loaner unit she could use until hers was fixed.
The woman told her she could "purchase a loaner" unit for a mere $390.00.
This is an outrage to treat elderly people this way. The unit lasted only less than 6 months. She paid a lot of money for it. And now, because their crappy equipment broke down and she wants to have it fixed, she must somehow come up with almost $500.00, for a "lifetime warranted machine?"
I called the company myself to find out why this poor woman, should have to pay for a "loaner," when it is their machine that broke down! The response I got from a woman named, Malory, was the broken record technique of dealing with upset customers. She just kept saying, " if she wants a loaner unit she has to purchase one."
Mom was in tears. She is on a fixed income and cannot afford all that money.
So my point is, this company sells crappy equipment, warrantees it for a lifetime and then rips off the elderly when their crappy, "warranted", equipment breaks down.
Does this sound like a company you want to do business with? Buyer beware!

If I could rate 0 stars I would
If I could rae 0 stars I would. I purchased an Eclipse5 from LPT Medical in October 2020. It has stopped working and they are absolutely no help when I try to evoke the warranty. It has a 3 year warranty. They wouldn't talk about a loaner and want $100 for shipping to return the unit to them for warranty repair. They charged my account for the shipping last week and I have not heard from them again. They are supposed to be arranging a UPS pickup. I got United Health Care involved and they were able to get a quote for a loaner - $600 per month!!! As of now, I have oxygen and they quoted "months" for the repair. Don't buy from this business!
