I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I purchased my ticket back in August for a trip in September. They charged my card the same day. They sent me a link with a confirmation code the morning of my flight. I checked in, added my boarding pass to my wallet, and when I get to the airport and spoke to someone from Jetblue, they told me my flights was cancelled, refunded and reported as fraud. I paid $382, the refund amount was for $357 and it was going to someone named Peter with a card ending in 4 digits that weren’t mine. She also told me tickets were purchased just a few hours prior and that they were purchased using travel points. If you realize, all the good reviews that are left here all mention “great customer service” and they add a random Hispanic name. They’re all Indian, and all scammers. I already started the refund process with my bank because they refuse to answer your calls or emails since they already know who you are before they even pick up. 100000000% scam. Not sure why this site is even still up. You’re better off booking directly through the airline website. I only would’ve “saved” less than $100 anyway. Don’t book through this site.

El dia 20 de agosto reservé un vuelo el 21 me llama me dice que no queda plazas Enel vuelo pero por un poco más tiene una plaza Enel mismo vuelo luego me dice que resivire mi tike 24 hora antes consta que me encontré extraño porque nuca me avía pasado llegar el dia me pongo en contacto con ello me dice k en 2 horas me lo envia pasa las 2 hora me dice que en 4 horas después que me dice que ala 10 pm lo recibiré llamo ala línea aérea me dice que no tiene ningúna reserva Ami nombre esdeci no confíe en esta gente loque son unos estafadores te dice nombre en español pero en verda su acento es como los de los indu tr escribe con este numero +1 (571) 478-9557 señore NO COMPRE EN ESTA PAGINA Lowfarebuddy.com son unos estafadores ladrones!!!!

Booking was cancelled and they never refunded the money, they will never answer my calls or emails. I filed a claim with the FTC and after they received notice they answer one of my calls and when I gave them my booking ref. code, they said b/c you file a complaint against us, you will not receive your money or credit back. Stay away from this fraudulent website.

I booked a ticket, I had to give my credit card number to book my flights, however when I didn’t see the confirmation email I called low fare buddy they told me that I have to pay a higher price, I said I want to cancel my ticket and they said I can’t since they already processed my credit card payment, I paid the extra amount, and when I got to the airport they changed my flights to a later time. It was really very frustrating and stressful

SCAM ALERT – Avoid LowFareBuddy.com I booked through lowfarebuddy.com and quickly realized it’s a scam. After paying, you don’t get tickets right away. Instead, they send a confirmation email letting you know they may request a photo of your government ID or debit card “to verify possession” huge red flag. They claim you’ll get confirmation within six hours, but nothing came. When I called customer service, there was no automated system or proof that it’s a real business. The next day, I tried to cancel, but they refused, saying my “promotional price” had expired, and demanded $1,000 more, which was later he “discounted” to $650, which I did not pay! I called the airline directly and learned I wasn’t booked on any flights at all despite LowFareBuddy claiming I was partially confirmed for my return flight—another lie. I recorded my entire conversation with the agent and supervisor (who hung up on me when I wouldn't pay) and will be reporting them to the BBB, government agencies, and news outlets. Tip: Always record your calls with their agents — you’ll need proof of their deceptive practices. DO NOT use this site. 100% a SCAM.

Buen día, he tenido una experiencia muy difícil,pues le cuento. Yo compré mi vuelo de ida y vuelta por esta compañía, bueno cuando salí todo salió bien, pero cuando estoy en el aeropuerto para regresar la compañía no había confirmado mi regreso con jet blue, por lo que tuve que comprar mi vuelo,por que me comunique con la compañía y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada que lo excuse, me dijeron que me renvolsarian mí dinero a mí cuenta y ya hacen más de diez día y no me resuelven el reembolso.

AWFUL! SCAM! I booked a flight and no more that five minutes later my phone rings with someone saying I couldn’t have the flight I just booked. When I said cancel and refund, he became very rude telling me he couldn’t cancel. I told him it was more than 24 hours from the flight and if I couldn’t have the flights that were booked and confirmed then I needed it refunded and canceled. He became increasingly rude, interrupting everything I was saying, and told me I should’ve just booked on the airline main page. After I told him that wasn’t his business, I booked through his site and now it scan me that they five minutes later to tell me I can’t have the flight I wanted, they need to just refund my money. He ended up arguing with me, finally telling me he would cancel and refund and hung up on me. When I called back, he answered the phone, so maybe it’s just a one-man show, and was rude again. I would rather walk cross country than ever book on this site again
