I’m really disappointed with this service because I thought you the tickets should be ready by today to fly to San Francisco, CA and when I arrived to the airport my tickets was not on the list.. I call customer service and your representative said they don’t find tickets for me if I want to fly the fly cost $800. Dollars He’s unprofessional I’m loose my hotel reservation every thing was a mess. I’m really disappointed, THIS IS A SCAM

Put less price/cost for flights online and then call clients who booked it offer higher rate price to book the same trip by saying that airline closed those price seats. Which is NOT true. no professinalism.

Clark did a good job

Was very easy to deal wirh Clark.

This is a scam. I made a flight reservation for my family (4 people), and shortly after, I received a phone call claiming that only 2 passengers were booked. They told me I needed to pay almost double the original price to keep the reservation, otherwise I would lose my booking. However, no charge had been made to my card at that point. When I checked my banking app, I saw an attempt to charge a higher amount than what was originally shown. I immediately blocked my card and canceled the transaction. After that, the call was suddenly disconnected. This is clearly a fraudulent situation and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
