While the style of the hat was on point…
While the style of the hat was on point, I believe there’s an issue with fitting (The hat was not versatile & would not adapt to the shape of the head) due to the brim’s form and stiffness (I bought the short brim version). I’m currently trying to return it, but I keep finding an issue in their return steps, where the webpage does not allow me to return the order. Hoping they can get me settled. I’m positive they can improve with time and make a better product and return process. Update: Lower Park has sent me a return label via email after chatting with them about the issue. I’m sending the item back to them.
