My hat buckle broke soon as I picked up out of the box

I can't fully rate the material or design yet. I ordered it almost 20 days ago and the order has been frozen in L.A. for a week. I'm a little sorry that it couldn't be ordered in cash on delivery. I have paid for the goods - I paid a huge amount for the post office. I understand that orders from the US to Europe take a little time, but it feels like a long time. It's one cap.

I have used lower park for years now and it used to be fantastic service and products delivered within a few days to a week, now it takes forever for delivery have now been waiting 3 weeks and still no products. Could have made them myself by now.
