The PHOTOBOOTH arrived early and my clients loved it! I really appreciate how they took the photo I sent for reference and made the board the same to match the theme. Great customer service when I called to ask about the WiFi. I’d definitely recommend!! It was fun and easy to use.

I’d Give 6 Stars If I Could!
Everything from start to finish was perfect with LoveStream! The set up was so easy, their team made an incredible graphic for us, and their equipment is so easy to use. I had entered the wrong date for the event graphic and their customer service fixed it for me in 2 minutes! I will only use LoveStream any time I need a Photo Booth!

Easy Peasy and Lots of Fun!
The photobooth was easy to assemble and use. Communication from the company was great, and it came with all necessary equipment. Pic quality wasn't the greatest, but at the price point and coming from an iPad, it was fine! We enjoyed our experience.

My experience with Lovestream was 5 star ⭐ simple and easy. They made everything easy from picking what package I needed, mailing everything, providing an amazing representative to run the booth, and then packaging and mailing everything back was simple. I highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. This experience made my event top-notch and really added that extra spark to the night! Thank you!

NO ANSWERS AND NO HELP ON LOST EQUIPMENT
I was hoping their photo booth would be a nice experience a family member's 70th birthday party, however it has been one nightmare after another.
For starters, I ordered a photo booth from them that I wanted to have delivered to the venue of our party. I understand I was cutting it close, hence I also had to pay for express shipping. While the equipment WAS marked as delivered, someone who does not work for the venue I had it delivered (which is in a strip mall), signed off on it. I show up as planned to the venue to begin setting up, only for staff and people who were there setting up for the party saying it never arrived. In fact, it was signed off by a person who did not work for the venue.
The staff for the venue looked in every possible place for the box containing the photo booth, the background, and the light, and never found it. The logical conclusion is it was most likely delivered to another suite in the mall, however I do not know WHICH one it is.
I've been trying to reach customer support via phone call, growing tired of emails and texts. I think I would have a better chance reaching someone who works at the IRS compared to this company. In the texts AND emails I've been receiving, they respond with a "proof of delivery" from UPS and are DEMANDING their equipment back or I be charged a replacement fee. Mind you, I NEVER RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT, and I have no clue where the UPS driver delivered it. And judging from their emails, the expectation is I drive all the way to the strip mall, which is more than an hour away from where I work, and go door to door asking "Do you have my package?". While I also find a nearby UPS to have it shipped back. I TRIED explaining via email that I was never in possession of the equipment and I understand the proof of delivery says it was "delivered" but it WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AT THE VENUE. And then you have the gall to say "We have done everything we can to assist you in locating the equipment" when all you do is provide a proof of delivery. Anyone can provide that, I can even go to UPS myself and get the tracking number and it will show it was delivered at the venue, but it WAS NEVER THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND IT IS IN ONE OF THOSE SUITES.
Utter waste of time and money. Do not do business with this company if you want to be given zero help with loss, be charged a replacement fee for equipment you never received, and go back and forth via text like if you were speaking to your toxic high school ex-girlfriend.

Hi Kelvin, Your order was placed just one night before your event, and we arranged overnight shipping to get the equipment to you as quickly as possible. Because this was a day-of delivery, we specifically advised that the equipment be shipped to a residential address where someone would be available to receive it, rather than a venue or business location.
The equipment was shipped to the address provided on the order and UPS records show that it was delivered and signed for at that location. Once you notified us that you could not locate the equipment, we continued providing the UPS delivery information and worked with you to determine where the package may have been delivered. Unfortunately, because the shipment was delivered to the requested address and signed for, we were limited in what we could do to physically retrieve the equipment from a third-party location.
We understand that receiving a delivery confirmation when you personally could not locate the equipment was frustrating. However, we cannot simply consider the equipment lost or waive responsibility for it when the carrier's records show delivery to the address provided.
