LoveBling serves as a model in the jewelry industry for customer service and elevated satisfaction. Purchasing fine jewelry online is a risk. But with this company all is alleviated. Fabian, an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly employee, spends as much time with the customer as needed to ensure every question is answered before purchase. He explains gold gram weight, pricing and provides videos and photos via text to show exactly what you are purchasing. He provides multiple options for consideration. Having purchased various types of 14K gold jewelry including chains, bracelets and rings, having them appraised by my private jeweler, I can attest they are exactly what I was told they would be. Even my jeweler cannot come close to the price LoveBling offers. This company is legit, honest, caring and trustworthy. I am thrilled to have found them years ago.

I purchased what was sold as a solid gold necklace. When I received it, I noticed that it solidly stuck to a magnet. I contacted LoveBling and they sent me a long explanation with a video on how it may stick to a magnet because of the clasp. I then sent them a picture of the magnet sticking to the necklace of the opposite end of the clasp... and no response whatsoever. No explanation. No apology. No offer to make it right because I my wife would no longer have a birthday present. Crickets. Then after I sent it back, I did not get a refund, so I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Update: After reading the response below to my review, I waited roughly 10 days after you received it before I finally disputed it. But who cares??!! + What about the 14k gold necklace that stuck to a magnet? + What about your lack of response after I sent you the picture? + What about me missing my wife’s birthday present because you sold me a product that was NOT actually 14k gold? That is what is REALLY important about my review.

We understand your negative experience, and the store is aware of what happened with your order. Unfortunately, the package arrived during our shipping and refunds teams' two-week vacation, so the refund process was delayed until the day the team returned to their regular work schedule. Since the customer initiated a chargeback with the store, the refunds team couldn't process the refund because the system didn't allow it since the chargeback was open. For this reason, the store accepted the chargeback and processed the refund directly with the bank, with the intention of expediting the refund. We apologize to the customer for the negative experience. The store has no intention of withholding refunds, and most of these refunds are processed in record time compared to other retailers. We understand that the customer has no responsibility in this process, and the store is responsible for the well-being of our customers. Our team always strives to provide the best customer service.
