Beware!
Reply start- I requested my refund days bwfire my 60 Day Guarantee was up. With some of my emails not being answered in timely manner after i was told i had to upload the workbook modules, thentile.did run out. But i had requested refund before 60 days! So it wasnt a favor to me to review the workbooks and still say i didnt meet the criteria....because as i was told.....i had to submit them for review anyway. There are no circumstances that would warrant a refund from this program. You cant listen to 7 weeks and get zero from it....but not $277 worth.....IF you are not married/in long term relationship that needs counsel. Reply end Scammed. The course states and Bruce himself states in introductory videos that the program has a 60 day money back guarantee. But you will NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK because it isn’t based on your experience….the loophole is that Bruce Muzik delivered his modules. I enrolled as a single person and this entire program is designed for marriages or long term live-together relationships and he even states at end that is life mission “is to heal marriages”. I requested a refund since MOST ALL of it did NOT pertain to a casual or no-dating situation which is where I was. After you request refund, they have you scan and upload to them every single page of the workbooks that you fill out. It takes HOURS to do it. And the whole time, they have NO INTENTION OF REFUNDING YOUR MONEY. (Mine was $277) Because it is based on them stating that “BRUCE DELIVERED HIS PROGRAM”….so basically saying “too bad it wasn’t for you”. Please don’t be fooled!!! Make sure you know that you’re buying a marriage counseling module and don’t buy it if you aren’t married or been living with someone for a long time and the relationship is in communication trouble.

Hi Gayle, I’m sorry the program wasn’t the right fit for where you were in your relationship. I completely respect that you may feel it wasn’t worth the $277 investment for your particular circumstances. Because you’ve described the program as a “scam,” however, I do want to clarify a few facts for anyone reading your review. The Conflict Cure has a 60-day refund guarantee with specific eligibility requirements outlined in our refund policy. It is not an unconditional satisfaction guarantee, and refund requests are reviewed against those stated criteria. Your application was reviewed by my team, and after you asked us to reconsider it, I personally reviewed your circumstances as well. The suggestion that we asked you to spend hours scanning paperwork while having “no intention” of considering your refund is simply not accurate. When you told us the scanning was taking a long time, my team clarified that you did not need to scan blank workbook pages - only pages containing exercises or responses. And when your 60-day access subsequently expired, rather than using that to disqualify your request, we made an exception and agreed to review the materials you had already prepared. After reviewing your application and coursework, we ultimately determined that your circumstances did not meet the criteria of the guarantee. I also understand your point that, as someone who was single and not currently in a long-term relationship, some parts of the program may have felt less relevant to your immediate situation. The Conflict Cure is primarily about romantic relationships, but it is intentionally designed so that one person can complete it without a participating partner. Some exercises involve couples, while the vast majority of the principles can be practiced individually and applied across relationships. In your emails with us, you also shared that you had taken several useful things from the program, including vulnerability, soft startups, listening without trying to fix, and creating greater safety in difficult conversations. You are absolutely entitled to conclude that the program was not the right fit for you. What I disagree with is the characterization that you were scammed or that we asked you to complete the refund process knowing in advance that we would reject your application. I wish you well, Gayle. Bruce Founder, Love At First Fight
