Amazing, customer service. Cannot say enough about there service . I deleted my bill and lost the tracking information and Julia resent and replied quickly. Bought the hug rings for my nieces and the quality of workmanship is very nice. The rings are beautiful… I highly recommend this company. Amazing to deal with. ❤️❤️❤️.

Excellent! I am really happy with the lovely hug ring that I got for my daughter. I wasn’t sure it had been delivered when it said it was, and reached out to Julia and gang. They were prompt and helpful and all worked out. I will definitely order again!

I was a little nervous at first about this purchase because it took a long time to be delivered, but I was reassured by the quick responses from Julia and was then able to track the order. My daughter received her ring on Valentine's Day as planned and she is very happy with it. There are other merchants advertising this ring, but I am happy to say, this merchant delivered as expected.
