I had an issue with something I ordered. A gift for my wife for Valentine's Day. I was disappointed with the item and I contacted L&C, which is something I would normally not do. I'm not a "Karen" but this was something that I needed to be special and I felt the item fell short of my expectations. Then I spoke to Julia in c.s. and she went far above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with them. Because of her she made things good! Like AWESOME!!! A special Thank you to you Julia and L&C. Bought the Highs and Lows ring for my sister's 30th. Lovely design but really poor quality. It turned her finger green despite being listed on the site as made of silver. I wouldn't buy again.

The price was right, for starters. The necklace (hugging in silver and black) is beautiful, and represents my wife and I (we love to hug and hold each other, and we are 250% always there for each other through thick and thin). I bought it for my wife for Valentine's Day, and am looking foward to seeing her open it. I had absolutely no issues with the purchasing experience, the shipping/delivery.
