Ordered spark ring and it is lovely

I got this for a lady friend, that almost made her cry when she opened the necklace.

I received my order today, of the hug ring for my daughter, I didn't only get the ring but it also came with a very nice gift box , ring bag , and a card that goes with the ring with a explanation of what the ring is symbolizing. Very touching and personal. I hope she loves it as much as I do. Thank you all so much, I will purchase more things.

My wife absolutely loved her ring! It had more than one meaning for us. Yes me always being there for her but we love to cruise and be out in the ocean on the waves.

Ordered the hug ring and received a crappy necklace. Customer service has not responded however they keep sending emails asking me to rate my experience. My answer: Horseshit!

I ordered a hug ring to the Philippines. by problems outside the responsibility of the seller it arrived with a long delay. the customer service was an absolute help and support in resolving the issue. 5💫 to Julia the ring is a delight, excellent craftsmanship and caused so much happiness to my girlfriend. it is a highly recommended item as a gift and the company itself deserves the highest gratitude

Bought a hug necklace for £36, that was advertised as silver for my mothers birthday. It arrived in a nice presentation box which I paid £8 extra for. On opening it the chain was almost a dark grey steel and I could tell from the colour and sound of it that it was definitely not silver. Extremely embarrassing! I was unable to give this as a gift and had to run out last minute to find something else which I was obviously out of pocket for. I contacted the company and they didn’t deny it wasn’t silver as advertised and offered me something else from the website saying I didn’t need to return the original necklace. I told them no, that I wanted a full refund as I was already out of pocket having to buy another gift. I was told I’d need to post the original necklace back to America and if it didn’t reach them in 7 days from the date I was sent the return instructions then I wouldn’t receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! If I had bought a genuine item and simply didn’t like it I would have happily paid the postage costs to return it. However I was mis sold something I bought in good faith. Furthermore, on looking online, I discovered the exact same necklaces are being sold on Amazon and eBay for £3!!! Absolute rubbish jewellery that you wouldn’t dream of giving to someone as a special gift. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs and spend your money on a decent genuine item that someone would be happy to receive as a gift. I intend on reporting this company to PayPal in the hope I do get my well earned money returned to me
