Placed an order 9/28. Today is Oct. 9th and according to the website, it hasn't shipped I have emailed customer service twice and sent a message through 'Contact Us' form on their website Customer service does not exist

I was so excited for this blanket but mine was defective, and leaks through as a normal towel would. I would have expected much more considering the cost of the blanket. I contacted customer service but received blanket statement responses that didn’t address my actual concerns, and no offer for a replacement. Just a 60% refund on a defective product if I paid the cost to ship it to china. Defective blanket, Horrible customer service and no resolution.

Customer service for this company sucks. Don't bother reaching out to them if you do decide to order because they either won't answer you or won't care about what you have to say and just give you a blanket response. Not worth the money. Buy a cheaper one off Amazon and get it waaaaay faster as well as cheaper that you actually get to enjoy using instead of shelling out money for a long wait and bad excuses!

Leaked right through just as bad as a normal blanket or towels would not recommend

It never arrived, tracking didn’t work. Tried to communicate with company but got zero response. Don’t use this company you are throwing away your money.

Ordered the largest, received a small one, customer service is requesting that I pay for return shipping before they ship me the correct size, for all I know, I might pay for return shipping and then they con me again, stay away.

Anyone from Australia that wants to buy a love blanket don’t! It is all in US dollars so the price almost doubles when converted into Australian which it doesn’t do that until after you have purchased the product. I emailed them a few hours later to cancel my order but apparently it had already been shipped I then had to pay a extra $49 out of my own pocket to send it back just so I could get a refund. Which the refund was less than what I paid for the blanket originally. When I emailed them it was constantly automatic emails where they wouldn’t even answer the questions I was asking. Complete stuff around and worst customer service I’ve experienced.

I purchased a Love Blanket and there was a huge hole cut into the soft side of it for some reason. It looked intentional, like it was showing the internal waterproof part. I contacted them to ask them if something could be done or if it's at least useable if it was past the date of returns. RADIO SILENCE. Not cool, especially since I was willing to accept that I couldn't get a replacement since I waited so long to open the package (since I didn't need it right away) and mostly just wanted to know if I could still use it or if the intergrety would be spoiled.
