The product (diamond) is beautiful! They did an excellent job with it. Customer service after the sale could be improved. Before the sale it’s good - but it slides noticeably after the sale. Two emails and a call went unanswered for weeks. I did get a call eventually and heard a bunch of excuses rather than answers. Too bad to because I will be buying earrings soon but not from here
