Since it is a new company, I was hesitant at first. I actually had canceled my first initial order but eventually reordered it. They were really helpful and called me with answers. The only thing I wish they did was updates on the status or stage of your ring. Other than that I had a pleasant experience. The ring turned out beautifully and at a great price! Definitely reccomend.

Same high quality that you expect from any company but prices were much lower for the same diamond. Customer service was outstanding.
