We were really excited about this cup as a gift for our sports kids, thinking it would give them a big morale boost. Sadly, shipping and handling can be a bit hit-or-miss, and the cup didn’t arrive in the best shape. I got in touch with Loudcup, told them what happened, and sent over some photos. They were super quick to get back to me and fix the problem. Their amazing customer service made everything go so smoothly, turning a potentially frustrating situation into a great one. I’m definitely planning to buy more from them in the future. Highly recommended!

I ordered two in 2024. Then ordered a new one with the lid, straw lanyard, and number sticker. I am super excited!! These cups are really fun and greatly priced. I had some questions and they helped me with everything I needed and felt genuine. (You don't get stuck talking to robots) this company is great. Thank you all again!

Just received loud cup and it was not was I was expecting. Feels incredibly cheap and the loud horn isn’t as loud as the online videos make it to be. I was planning on buying more for a bachelor party but after reading other negative reviews, going to skip it. Now if they created this in a stainless insulated version, I’d be all over it. I’m sure in a year or two there will be a better option. I think this product has a lot of potential but current model is not worth the hype.

Jay was amazing. He helped me even though he was literally getting off of a plane. Had a replacement sent to me right away and I appreciate the excellent customer service and that Loudcup cares about its customers.

The wrong colour was sent to me but the company handled it in an amazing way. Perfect service and we love our Loudcup!!!

One of my cups arrived damaged, so I wrote in explaining it and added a photo. That was all it took.I got an email right away that a replacement was being sent.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving my error. I really appreciate that you would help get me the actual color cups I thought I’d ordered. My clients will be very happy to get them in the Marlin Blue color.
