I am very impressed with the quality of this product and I'm looking forward to sharing the cups with the parents this weekend for my son's flag football finals. First of all, the cups are a lot of fun. I initially ordered 2 and then after I tested them out, I ordered 2 more for relatives. On this second order, I realized after I placed the order that I had an issue with an address. I emailed the 'Contact Us' and had a reply the same day that helped me resolve the issue. It was great customer service.

I love my Loudcup! It has brought me so much joy and and so much excitement to my children's football games. It has definitely been a conversation starter and a blast to have during big plays. It is easy to use AND it keeps my drinks cold!

Impressed the easy interactions with the customer support team and the promptness of responding to my inquiry. I feel they also provided an appropriate resolution to the issue I contacted them about. Satisfied. The purpose of the cup is great. To me, its an entertainment item. I personally would not use the cup on a daily basis because of quality of lid and spillage/leakage.The issue I had is with quality. Not impressed with version 1(mystery item). Version 2 is better.
