Terrible service, I ordered a cup and it never delivered for 2 years, then when I was reminded it never showed I asked for another only for it to be delivered across the country in New Hampshire after I payed AGAIN for the shipping of the second cup. P.s. I cannot even go back far enough to the original purchase date on this form for the date of experience. Real trouble was November of '24

UPDATE TO ANSWER RESPONSE. You said to reach out to you, I already did and you know I did and you said no returns and pretty much gave me an attitude. Terrible customer service! Extremely disappointed. The cup isn't as loud as advertised, didn't even sound the same as ad. Cup is very lightweight and prone to fall over. Not sturdy at all. Everything that shines isn't always a diamond. Called the loucup to return and they said they don't accept returns.

Purchased 20 cups from Loudcup.com directly (dont ever do this). They simply failed to ship timely as their website promised. In fact, we are now two weeks post purchase and nothing. I have contacted them three times, nothing… just essentially a “wait” type response. It appears that they have a history of taking money and then not shipping their product. In some cases for months. You can find these on Amazon and get them in one day. And you will also see that the reviews indicate these are cheap. I did purchase 20 of these on Amazon directly as I wanted them for a Christmas party. They arrived in cheap plastic wrapping. They are made of cheap plastic. These are Dollar Store type cups. Certainly not work $20 each. I am returning all of them to Amazon as I cannot support a horrible company like this. Months later, after reviews were written, they reach out asking about how to help. Just another example of how horrible this company is. I hope they are run out of business by a competitor.

The cup is a cheap plastic. One of the cups didn't work. The company won't return it, unless I send a video of myself blowing into the cup. If I bought a bra and it didn't fit, I wouldn't have to send a video of myself trying it on. LOL Blowing into a cup seems very "personal". They're refusing the return.

LoudCup is actually cheap plastic and seems very flimsy. Customer advised a 30% restocking fee less shipping is applicable. Their actual website states much differently "We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We are unable to accept returns if the LoudCup has been removed from its packaging." Crappy. Do notpurchase

Ordered my cup over 2 weeks ago from their site and still has not shipped. I have sent emails but only receive AI generated response. You can not get in touch with a human being. Very disappointed in this company.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM LOUDCUP. THEY DO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IN THEIR ONLINE SHOP. They have the worst customer service and shipping. I paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping and did not receive my order that i paid extra! For a Canadian based and owned company, they have their products shipped from US. Their solution to my order is to refund the shipping. As if that's going to turn back time for me to use the cups and cheer on my kids match.

I ordered a loud cup for my son's birthday two weeks ago. His birthday today has come and gone and no gift. I wish I could have put zero stars...
