I never usedthe app so cancelled immediately but then I continued to be charged £29.44 on the 17 Feb £12.12 on 10 Feb Impossible to get a real answer back from support who seem to have standard messages about their money back. I am not disputing with them that I signed up I am just wanting them to CANCEL my recurring sub and hard to work out what the recurring sub is when other amounts get taken in the month too. I would avoid!!

la mia esperienza è pessima. Dopo aver fatto l'abbonamento, l'iter da seguire per chiudere mi ha portato a pagare altri 15 euro per una inutilissima guida non desiderata. La cosa peggiore però è che sul mio android non si apre il piano che ho sottoscritto. Intule è stato contattare il supporto che risponde senza concludere e risolvere nulla. Ho cancellato la sottoscrizione ma la procedura è complicata e non hanno mandato una mail dell'avvenuta cancellazione. Potrebbe sembrare quasi una truffa.

Like other 1 star review, I got charge more than what I consented to. On 31 January, I enrolled only in an introductory offer advertised on Instagram for USD $6.93 for one month (equivalent to AUD $9.95). - On 7 February, you charged me USD $38.95 (AUD $56.49 for a subscription I never enrolled in, never approved, and never consented to. That charge is unauthorised. It should never have been processed. Beware of this app, they’re scam. Will proceed with the bank now to get refund since the customer service gave no response .

Beste, ik heb me voor een maand yoga plan ingeschreven. Die zou “gratis” zijn. Uiteindelijk moest ik er € 6,- voor betalen. Maar ik dacht nou ja ok. dan. € 6,- werd afgeschreven. En ik kreeg zo’n automatimail dat ik aan een abonnement van ca. € 33,- zitten maand zit. Ik heb me gelijkt uitgeschreven. Een paar dagen later was gewoon € 33,- van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Tot heb ik ze gelijk gemaild ( bellen is niet mogelijk ) dat dat niet de bedoeling was. Maar eigelijk geen reactie gekregen. Maand later , was weer € 33,- afgeschreven. Ik heb se weer gemaild maar geen reactie. Nu ben ik met mijn bank bezig om de afschrijvingen te laten stoppen maar helaas lijkt het niet zo makkelijk te zijn. Bank zebe je moet bij de verkoper zijn maar ja, die reageert niet dusssss…. Op di moment weet ik niet wat ik verder kan doen. Ik ben hopeloos en zie alleen maar mijn gele verdwijnen…

Scam alert. Signed up for 3 months. Took an extra payment then charged me again with out authorisation. Got some money back through cc but had to put a stop on my card. Work outs ok but they are a scam as just take money from your account. Absolutely no customer service. Emailed several times and nothing. Avoid.

I thought Iwas getting chair yoga, wrong! I can’t do yoga, tried to cancel, won’t let me. Also added a new fee for a subscription ($38.95) when I have been trying to cancel. Beware!

Like other real 1 star reviews, I signed up for a 28 day Wall Pilates programme for £5.14 which was charged to my credit card. I then received notification of a further charge a week later for £28.42 which I definitely did NOT sign up for. The only way to contact them seemed to be through sending a message via their website, which I have done, but I doubt they will respond. I have raised it with my credit card company and will take further action to get this payment and any future ones stopped. This is clearly a SCAM.
