This company is a complete SCAM! I cancelled my membership 6 months ago and then out of the blue, Lotus Flow charged my account $113. No warning, no email, nothing listed in Apple Pay subscriptions. I emailed the company and was told they had forwarded my request to the “appropriate department”, however 5 days later I still hadn’t heard back from them. I emailed them again and got the same response and they don’t have a phone number either. Now I will have to go through my bank which will take time, so save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid this company! October 7, 2026: Since I wrote the above review, Lotus Flow has responded with a request for more information to determine if I and my experience are legitimate. Then, if you can believe it, they tell me to contact the same stupid email that I have been emailing for 10 days and which only replies with the same form response! What a joke! Clearly there’s zero actual customer service and no one is listening or reviewing my emails. Here is their response: Reply from Lotus Flow 4 hours ago Hi Tanja, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the unexpected charge. Please contact us at (Lotus Flow’s email address was here but Trustpilot won’t allow email addresses in reviews so I had to remove it) so our support team can review your account, cancellation status, and payment details directly and assist you further. Warmly, Lotus Flow Support Team So once again, I’m just getting the runaround and it seems highly unlikely that I will ever be refunded my $113.05, which to some people might not be a lot, but to a low income disabled woman, it is. My recommendation is unchanged, avoid Lotus Flow.
