Beautiful Product, But Disappointing Experience With Engraving
I purchased this bartending set as a gift, and I have to say that the set itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing because I purchased it specifically with the intention of having it engraved. I paid extra for the engraving, and had I known it would not be available, I would have either chosen a different design or purchased from another company. In fact, I would not have placed the order had I known the engraving could not be completed. Unfortunately, I only discovered this when I gave the gift and the recipient opened it in front of me. It was very disappointing to see that the engraving was not there, especially since it was the primary reason I chose this particular product. Afterward, I looked back through my emails and noticed that I had received a separate email with a revised, lower price than what I had originally agreed to pay. I assume the difference was due to the engraving not being completed. However, I would have greatly appreciated being notified beforehand and given the opportunity to decide whether I still wanted to proceed with the order without the engraving. The materials are beautiful and the bartending set itself is very nice. Unfortunately, the lack of communication regarding the engraving took away from what should have been a special gift and ultimately made this a disappointing experience.
