Packaging was great . Product is great . The delivery time could use some help or it would be 5 star service for sure

Great price. Free shipping even to AK on orders over $400. Bottle arrived well packed and cherry. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the communication could’ve been a bit better. Overall, will definitely be giving them further business. Would recommend.

Shipping was really slow but everything else was good.

Ordering was easy. I appreciate the updates when shipped and Thank You for the tracking number. You would have received 5-stars if you'd not bombarded my email daily while I'm still awaiting my first ever purchase. Now that I'm a Happy Camper, I'm back on LnL looking for my next bottle(s).

Did not receive notice of delivery

Got my item in great shape. People were nice and helpful. Only problem I had was after ordering was informed item was no longer available so substitution was made.

I understand that the product I ordered is difficult to find and I appreciate that LnL ultimately shipped it to me. However, it arrived in two separate shipments over a period of more than two weeks. I was charged at the time I placed the order, which was somewhat concerning since this was my first time ordering from LnL. Even so, I was willing to wait. My concern is that I emailed LnL requesting updates on the status of my order and never received any communication or response
