LostNLiquor.comReviews of lostnliquor.com

I would’ve given this company a 5 because I just purchased liquor with them and it was packaged well and delivered via fedx, however, I ordered again and it was delivered through USPS and they damaged my liquor and the box was leaking they put the box in a bag and left. I emailed the company and I haven’t heard from them yet. I have a bday party out of town and I needed all my bottles. Prices are great!

Still not here

I purchased this bartending set as a gift, and I have to say that the set itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing because I purchased it specifically with the intention of having it engraved. I paid extra for the engraving, and had I known it would not be available, I would have either chosen a different design or purchased from another company. In fact, I would not have placed the order had I known the engraving could not be completed. Unfortunately, I only discovered this when I gave the gift and the recipient opened it in front of me. It was very disappointing to see that the engraving was not there, especially since it was the primary reason I chose this particular product. Afterward, I looked back through my emails and noticed that I had received a separate email with a revised, lower price than what I had originally agreed to pay. I assume the difference was due to the engraving not being completed. However, I would have greatly appreciated being notified beforehand and given the opportunity to decide whether I still wanted to proceed with the order without the engraving. The materials are beautiful and the bartending set itself is very nice. Unfortunately, the lack of communication regarding the engraving took away from what should have been a special gift and ultimately made this a disappointing experience.

Haven't had any updates as to shipping! Haven't received my product yet!

I ordered on August 29, you charged my card August 31, your system says you created a label August 31, and today I got a notification that the order has shipped. Yay, you took 11 days to ship a package! You deserve a "participation trophy!" How is someone supposed to order from you guys while trying not to run out of a product, when your shipping is so unpredictable?

O had two prefers for three bottles of reyka vodka 750ml. Two arrives and I paid $88 plus &5. The third bottle ordered did not arrive but I was charged $35 for it.

Super fast shipping, and the bottle showed up intact encased in excellent packaging. However, for a $360 bottle of fancy tequila, the suede bag was dirty, and the display case was peeling. I'd honestly expect everything to be in excellent condition given the price.

No communication at all. Went almost 2 months from the time of my order and never received Macallan and any update from you folks. I had to send an email for a response. Also, why list a bottle if you do not have it in stock. Eventually, resolved the issue, but never should have happened in the first place.
