No communication at all
No communication at all. Went almost 2 months from the time of my order and never received Macallan and any update from you folks. I had to send an email for a response. Also, why list a bottle if you do not have it in stock. Eventually, resolved the issue, but never should have happened in the first place.

Everything went wrong delivered a 700 dollar bottle empty then taking no responsibility

Hi Teresa, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. After reviewing your order, the bottle was unfortunately damaged during transit. While we take great care in packaging, carriers can still mishandle fragile items. As noted at checkout, shipping insurance is optional but recommended, and it was not selected on this order. This is an industry standard across liquor websites, as carriers do not cover alcohol shipments. That said, we still wanted to help make this right. As mentioned, we offered a half refund or a credit toward another item as a gesture of good faith. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. – Justin with LostNLiquor
