The time delay, lost items, and final delivery three weeks late cost ya the other two stars

Our note was not included. That causes confusion and rework. Given we paid for it along with wrapping a company only gets one chance to make a good first impression.

Paid for two day shipping and a month later still haven’t received my items that I paid for. And they kept wanting me to wait until they got around to shipping it even though I’ve told them to refund all of my money. So I called my credit card company and got refunded the full amount and they’re investigating the matter which is an open and shut case. I have all emails from this shady ass company. STAY FAR AMD CLEAR FROM LOSTNLIQUIOR!!!!!!

Project was ordered on May 9 and was just delivered yesterday. Company never responded to any of my correspondence asking about tracking numbers or delivery status. Will never order from them again. Warning to other customers.

Best packaging ever for a shipped bottle.. However, the 2nd day air shipping i paid for took 2 full weeks. Also, The Boss Hog VIII always comes with a pewter Hog stopper/cork, which has a value and makes it collectable. Mine came with standard plain cork.

Cheaper brands. Can purchase more and ships to Mississippi.

These people are crooks. I ordered 12 bottles of Hendricks on May 26. UPS sent me an email saying it had been delivered to their center. I went...no package. UPS was awful, they would not help me. Finally their customer service told me the package had "been seized" in Nashville (I live in Florida). I finally got in touch with Jalen, and over the past two weeks he has been promising delivery by last Friday. No delivery. I emailed Jalen yesterday about my missing order and his response was "your order was delivered, was the bottle count correct?" And today they won't answer my emails, my phone calls or the text on their app. I can only surmise they are crooks. I hope I can get my money back but I am not optimistic. STAY AWAY
