Anyone asking about why they can't contact Lost Highway...well I believe they got shut down permanently. They just settled with ACE Google them and you see it.

We're in the U.S. and our subscription "vanished" from our TVs. There is no way to access their internet or contact the company (all pages are NOT FOUND or an error message response), and insult to injury is we just got a "renewal invoice." Sent an email disputing it since there are no services being provided, and confirming our account is cancelled.

Got high speed fiber and now the app opens and you see what’s playing but nothing plays. Can’t contact Lost Highway. Gave out their website to 3 people the last month and none can get it. I logged in and out of my account and still does it. I removed the app and when, following their instructions on downloader its states page not available. I Googled them to find out they are being shut down. These guys owe me money. I highly recommend you don’t use them.

It’s been down for a few days.. emailed support twice with no answer..

Are they still around? Had them for over a year and were great provider now they are gone off Facebook and website is gone??? Need to resubscribe not sure where?

Been with them for some time. I can't get an email response from them about a url for loading my new Firestick. The old url I used in Downloader earlier this year doesn't work. The app on my old firestick still works so the site must still be up and running. Not on Facebook anymore either.

Looks like they disappeared about 3 days ago, about a week after their Buy 1 year, get 1 year free Memorial Day sale.

I was never able to review anything on media due to the reason I did not have smart TV. So therefore it’s really not your guises fault. It’s just mine because I did not know what I was doing.
