We do our best to keep our vod section up to date and working but please understand we have a lot and does take time. Also vod is not our top priority and is considered a bonus. Our main focus is live section. Thanks, Lost Highway

Hi, the only time we would not send out info is if legit info is not entered at checkout or if had already had a trial. Other than that I assure you we always send out. Sometimes our emails go to spam. Once we send out email it's beyond our control. But if you would like to message support I will look into this. [email protected]
