Horrible, horrible, horrible company! I ordered flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day, but they were never delivered on that day. When the flowers finally arrived three days later, they were completely damaged. I called customer service and spoke with two representatives, who, with smiles on their faces, told me they couldn’t refund me since the package had been delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered flowers specifically for Mother's Day, and they allowed me to select Mother's Day as my delivery date. This was absolutely key for me, because the whole point was for the flowers to arrive ON Mother's Day. If they couldn't guarantee delivery by that date, I would have ordered from someone else who could (or just gone to the store and bought myself). Nothing showed up on Mother's Day. It's now been several days since Mother's Day, and they STILL have not arrived. I asked for a refund, or even a discount, and they are absolutely refusing to accommodate me in any way. They say I assumed the risk that the delivery could be delayed, and that if I look at the FAQ section of their website, there is language saying that they won't issue refunds in the event of a delay (and they claim I "agreed" to their "FAQ" by purchasing the flowers). I'm sorry, but I NEVER would have spent nearly $200 for something that they couldn't guarantee would be delivered by the advertised date (let alone DAYS LATE - as I write this review, it's been several days since Mother's Day and they say the flowers are still in "transit"). This business is an absolute scam with the most horrific, rude, and pathetic customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. It looks like there's enough angry, 1-star customers online to show I'm not alone. As a long time practicing attorney myself, I smell a class-action lawsuit coming. You would be better off lighting $200 in cash on fire. Why? Because at least the flames might be pretty, unlike those flowers I never received.

I purchased an item for Mother’s Day. I did not receive any information saying that the order was delayed. It is now Tuesday, May 13 and my mother has yet to get the order. I called to see if there’s a way to accommodate because this order was over $130. They said that they cannot refund me the shipping because the shipping was free and basically said there has to be something wrong with the order in order for me to get a partial refund which I felt was crazy because I told them so there’s nothing you’re going to do to accommodate the customer even though Your shipping is late, there was no communication about another delivery date, I can’t cancel the order because now it’s in transit, even though it should’ve been in transit days ago, and I can’t send it back to get a refund even though it’s late because there may not be anything wrong with the order and then I’m not gonna be able to get all my money back. I’m not sure how this is even OK they did not accommodate at all when my mom has been waiting for her gift. I definitely understand that Mother’s Day gets hectic, but to not communicate to me that the order would be late and then tell me that I can’t cancel and also say you’re not going to accommodate me is crazy.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Their website looks legit but seems like the order was assembled from someone's garage. I ordered flowers with macarons for my mom's bday, paid $100 + $20 shipping and said it would be delivered by that date. Why would a company deliver fresh flowers and ship via USPS? My mom received the flowers a week after her bday and they are wilted. The macarons came cracked and in pieces and the order wasn't assembled as pictured. The label on the package was also wrong. They put my name as the recipient and someone else's name (probably who assembled it from their garage) as the sender. And no, they don't provide refunds! Do not order from them!!

Paid 118.52 for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They currently show delivered as of 2/17, but nothing arrived. The response from the company was an automated message about having a policy that they do not offer refunds due to delays. After telling them that the delivery service shows delivered, but nothing was received, they said that was on the delivery company. At this point I'm nearly certain this is a scam company that never did anything at all except defraud it's customers.

Terrible store, ordered for Valentine’s Day, kept getting delayed and just received today on the 17. Could not reach customer service at all. Flowers arrived wilted and not at all as pictured. Terrible. The card did not include what I wrote at all and was very cheap. $150 wasted.
