The paint received did not match with the colors of the picture at all - all the paint colors were way off. Everything was so much darker. I double checked everything to make sure it was not my mistake, but the entire image is way off. Mistakes happen so that by itself would not have been a huge issue if they would have responded and provided a new set of paints. I was not even asking for a new canvas as I could paint over what was already done. However, their customer service was non-existent. All emails and attempts to contact them were ignored and reaching out via social media resulted in being blocked, which seems to be consistent with other reviews. We made a polite request for the paints to be corrected and never got a response. I would have been buying a lot more of these as I love to paint and would have been giving them as gifts, but now I will be finding a more reputable site that stands by their product with better customer service.

Very upset with this company. First, it took forever to get my paint by numbers kit. Then when it arrived it was horrible. All of the colors were off, it wasn’t detailed, minimum number of colors given. I reached out and it takes them a full week to ever respond. They wanted proof I finished the photo so I sent it to them. They then decided to use my picture to post on Instagram, Facebook, and their website as a fake review. Highly unethical. I asked them to take my photo down since I never gave them permission and it was very personal. They chose to block me. Never order from this business. I’m so unhappy and upset that this has happened. Shame on this business.

Lori's paint is the best! I ordered 12 paintings. They are amazing and easy to paint. I absolutely love the quality of the paints. Customer service is great.

Update: they have since contacted me and made this right. It was a mistake on their end and they corrected it to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. Original: I ordered a paint by numbers kit from this company of a wedding photo of me and my wife. It was horrible. The way they adjusted the contrast changed everything about the photo. I have a full head of hair and in the picture, my head was all skin color except for a dark horseshoe around my head. Our eyes are just red color, no detail at all. The background has zero detail as well as the foreground. If I could attach a picture I would.

I ordered a paint-by-number portrait of our late kitty for my youngest daughter to paint as a gift for her older sister whose cat he was. Tracking said it had been delivered but we never received it. Thinking that someone else now has a paint-by-number portrait of our cat in their home makes me smile. Anyways, Lori's was really great about sending me a new one without charge. I'm excited to get ours. Will update review after we get it. *fingers crossed*

I ordered a custom paint by number and was looking for a way to return it as it arrived damaged. I tried to contact the company, after three emails I received a response. They will not accommodate me in ANY way, shape, or form. In the response email I was told to iron it out. Not only do I not own an iron, but when I borrowed one - it didn’t actually work completely. I will never shop here again.

Loris Paint is doing an amazing job taking care of their customers. I had a issue with my order delivery. The customer service was sweet and understanding. I'm excited to use it once it arrives!
