It's been over a month, they don't answer emails and will block you on Instagram/remove comments if you try to contact them there. Avoid at all costs. Hopefully the credit card chargeback I initiate will let their payment acceptance company on to the fact they're a scam. UPDATE: I received multiple requests for this review to be removed as fraudulent yet I verified it as true. As well, my credit card provider issued a chargeback and I encourage anyone else scammed by this company to do the same.

I got scammed by these guys. They took my money and never shipped my paint by numbers.

No customer support at all. They don’t respond to emails

I placed an order 12 days ago, yet there are no updates on when it would be shipped. I tried to email, call, and reach out via social media - none of my attempts worked.

Zero stars, Do not buy from this company! They do not respond to their emails and they did not ship my order. I had an anniversary gift and they failed me leaving my relationship at risk. They took my money and never delivered, be aware!

Paid over 300USD for a custom 48 colours, received only 12 colours. Contacted them and they promised to ship out the right one. Never received it and have been ghosted by them for 2 months now. Also, it does not come from NY, but China. Total ripoff.

UPDATE (December 19th): I was able to get ahold of the company and their customer service team did get back to me (it did take like 3 months) but they apologized and said that they were busy with holiday orders. I was able to get my order sent again and they threw in an additional color by number canvas. Ultimately just relieved I will be receiving it after thinking I wasn’t going to. So I was gifted a custom paint by numbers kit and loved it. After awhile the paint dried out and I contacted the company to see about replacing the paint. Customer service was quick to help me place a new order and I paid like $22 to do so. As soon as I paid I stopped receiving replies from their customer service team. A month goes by and I still have not received anything. Email their company simply asking for an update and no reaponse. After multiple emails and messaging their Instagram account I still have not received any response, update or shipping information/confirmation. It’s been two months now and just disappointed.

It's been a while since I bought a paint by numbers kit. I wanted to have a beautiful souvenir of my wedding day with my wife. So I ordered the kit. With my wife we tried to finish the paiting but the tempera paints dried out. So I requested another ones. I did the payment and after few weeks I received the temperas from another paiting! I request a way to resolve the issue but got no response. I am waiting from an answer from them since JULY! UPDATE This review was flagged by Lori's paint as defamatory. Did they try to contact me? Not really. I sent another e-mail requesting updates or a refund. To be honest I don't expect a reply. EDIT This comment was flagged and hidden but now is back after I proove it is not violating Trustpilot policies. By this time, Loris paint did contact me by the end of October by e-mail trying to solve the issue (by sending me the paints, refunding the payment and giving me a promotional code) which I really appreciate. The problem here is that the shipping never arrived. And again I tried to contact them asking for more information related to the shipping but again without any success. I guess I will try to find the colors in other stores. It is a lot of back-and-forth only for dried paints. I do understand that it is a small business and communication can be a big challenge. But if they are commiting to a certain service level they must comply to it. Otherwise they could lower this a little bit down and communicate it to their customers.
