My lemon slice earrings came promptly and look as described/shown. However I expect 30 days to make a return for the full refund price. Perhaps I should be more diligent about checking return policies before purchasing but the return policy from this company is awful. They only accept returns for full refund after 7 days of receipt, they charge a 10% restocking fee, and you must pay for return shipping. For such an expensive product I would not expect such a poor return policy. I'm in the middle of planning my engagement party and could not get around to returning the earrings within a 7 day window and now will be forced to keep them even though they don't suit my outfit.

Earrings are not what I was expecting. The brushed gold looks slightly cheap.

The bracelet was beautifully made but the peach colored stones were very pale in color and the copper rose toned metal of the band did not show up against my skin. I returned the bracelet.

I have purchased 3 of the Glen Wrap bracelets in gold. The first one, over time the gold rubbed off, which isn't uncommon on me, so I purchased another one. The second one, the prongs around the stones got caught on EVERYTHING and ruined a couple of silk tops/skirts. This did not happen with my first one, so I purchased a third one... It seems to be fine, so perhaps the 2nd one was a quality mistake.
