Good product delivery on time

I like the fact that the support team answered quickly and kept in contact. The fact that there were no part that fit my need due to and update in design was a let down. They didn't have the older screw we needed, no advice or suggestions except but a new faucet replacement for $80 or place the whole sink.

Lordear Support worked with me to find a replacement for the toilet seat. They were great, and the seat arrived in original condition, shipped in reasonable time. Thanks.........

In February 2022 purchased a Lordear kitchen sink—a 33 x 19-inch, 16-gauge stainless steel, double-bowl (50/50) under mount model # L-TXSC331955M that includes bottom grids. The finish on the bottom right side of the sink, as well as on the bottom grid, has deteriorated or rusted/corroded (see photos). I purchased the sink as part of my overall custom Stoza Kitchen Cabinet installation. Order was placed in Feb 2022, but wasn’t installed until 18 November 2022. Below is my written warranty request and Lordear’s reply. Dear Sir/Madam, We have been utilizing these practices since purchasing our kitchen. This isn’t our first kitchen or home and we’re very familiar with stainless steel products. Your sink as you referenced in a previous reply is 304 grade and not 316 grade (medical/marine stainless steel) which is as you know not rust proof, but second in rust resistance. We never use harsh chemicals or leave grease and food particles in the sink as you accused. After use we always dry both sink, racks etc., completely. The sink is in one of our vacation homes and gets limited use also. Your recommendation to further treat the sink will not remove this corrosion and our continued diligence care as aforementioned won’t correct this corrosion either. The overall sink’s 304 grade (Chromium content reaction) has been compromised with this corrosion and as I stated “bad news never gets better with time.” How do you plan on addressing my warranty request going forward? Their reply: Hello, we have forwarded your question to our quality service team, and their suggested solution remains as follows: Since your sink was purchased in 2022, we are unable to replace it with a new one. We can only offer you advice on how to handle the situation. However, if you want to purchase a new sink, we can offer you a discount. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Best regards, Lordear I don’t recommend purchasing a Lordear “Stainless Steel” sink because they are ONLY 304 stainless steel grade which IS rust/corrosion RESISTANT not proof…ALL their products carry ONLY a 3 year warranty from date of purchase. If you want a better “Stainless Steel” sink purchase one that is 316 Stainless Steel grade (Marine/Medical) which has a higher quality (Chromium content reaction) against rusting/corrosion. Lordear DOESN’T sell a 316 Stainless Steel Sink. You can also look in Copper or Brass sinks that WON’T rust at All if you desire a metal sink for best longevity.
