Probably the best customer service you will ever experience. The beds are exquisite. I have purchased two Saatva Classic luxury firm king size mattresses. They are definitely firm so don't choose luxury firm if you are looking for a plush mattress. From purchase to delivery the process was perfection.

We originally ordered a king size in luxury firm. It didn’t meet our expectations so we emailed our unhappiness via email to Saatva. Within 45 minutes Saatva replied and after a short conversation they agreed to exchange even though it was beyond the trial testing period. This was totally unexpected and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Very impressed and we couldn’t be happier with our new firm mattress. Thank you Saatva!

Such a nice company to deal with. Kristel was pleasant and knowledgeable. She quickly answered my questions, and in a short while I had placed my order.

Couldn't be happier with SAATVA's customer service!! The representatives I dealt with were professional, thorough, helpful and happy to answer any questions. The relaxed firm Loom & Leaf Mattress I first ordered was of excellent quality, just not my cup of tea. Arranging for an exchange was a painless and pleasant experience. Way to go SAATVA!!
