I wanted to leave a review on amazon but could not log in for some reason. This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. Previously, I thought the Sheraton hybrid mattress was the ultimate mattress, but no longer. My story... 8 years ago I purchased an extremely firm mattress and hated it for 7 years. So last year I bought a ultra plush pillowtop innerspring mattress and it was even worse. Which brings me to this mattress. I figured since i hated the firm and soft mattress obviously i needed a medium one. Right? Right! The first two nights i did not like it at all. I thought it was hard. But on the third night I don't know what happened. I just loved it. Now I sleep so much deeper. Less tossing at night (if at all). I am 170lbs 6' tall and a side sleeper. There are absolutely no pressure points on this bed. NO aching shoulders, or hips. No waking up at night. I was skeptical since most reviews are good and I was afraid they were just deleting the bad ones but I have to praise this mattress. I have been sleeping on it for over a month and I cannot sing enough praise for what they have created. Get the relaxed firm and give it a week. You will not be sorry.

After 25yrs of pain from neck issues, I had surgery & decided it was time for a new mattress. I researched for weeks & Loom & Leaf seemed to meet all my requirements. Oh my Gosh!!! Not only does my neck & shoulders love it, but so does the rest of my body! The entire experience was simple & easy. The 2 delivery men were on time, pleasant & exceptional. We first ordered the Relaxed Firm based on the reviews even though we have slept on a firm futon for many years. The quality is exceptional and I was very happy but wifey wanted a more firm feel. Their customer service is outstanding and we switched out to a firm “no questions asked”. Buy this mattress,you will not regret it!!

I really don't write too many reviews but I have to say that the mattress is absolutely amazing. My previous mattress was similar but literally 3X the price. It was only about 5 years old but gave it to my niece and started looking at the same brand but came across Loom and Leaf and was intrigued. Chatted online via their nicely operating dialogue box and decided to give it a try. I was contacted by friendly and efficient delivery folks who came and set it all up in a courteous and professional manner. Finally, I have never slept in such an amazing bed and am super happy. I'll say that for me the mattress is amazing but additionally I want to add that from my first visit to the website to the actual set up was a lovely experience, so from start to finish these guys just really have it dialed in, well done and now I am buying another for my Brother and Sister in Law.

First, thanks to all those who rated this mattress which is why I decided to give it a try (plus 75 day trial) and it was worth the investment. Me and my spouse suffered greatly in our previous bed and since I got this mattress (the relaxed) we have NOT been in pain. Second week seemed a big too firm for me but with their topper they offered FREE to make sure I was happy. Its now breaking in. WE LOVE IT!!

We purchased our Loom and Leaf mattress back in November. We had reviewed other mattresses in our area and we were pretty sure we wanted memory foam and liked Tempurpidic but the cost was prohibitive. We happened to find Loom and Leaf on the Internet and after reading the wonderful reviews, we thought what the heck, let's give it a try! With 75 days to try it out, we had nothing to lose. Due to the holidays we did have a wait for delivery but setup and removal of our old pillow top mattress went smoothly. The delivery crew were friendly and polite. After about a week sleeping on our new mattress, we knew we had made the right choice! No longer did either of us wake up with sore backs and joints and my husbands turning over in bed or getting up in the night no longer disturbed my sleeping. The only negative comment I could give is when we travel, we are much more critical of the hotel mattresses but oh how wonderful it is to sleep in our heavenly bed when we re turn home! We highly recommend this company and the wonderful mattress they produce for its quality, comfort and affordable price!

I recently moved and decided to try Loom & Leaf, mainly because they custom make every mattress to order, and have a 90 day trial period. I already had a Tempurpedic which is now in the guest room, but Loom &Leaf is much more affordable. They delivered and set up my bed on my schedule, hauling both mattress and box spring up an old, narrow staircase. I went to bed that first night and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I love going to bed, and when I get up look forward to sleep time that night. Give them a try and you won't be dissapointed. If you decide you need a firmer or softer mattress they'll swap it out, but I didn't need to.
