The response time was very quick and my issue was resolved flawlessly.

I got an immediate response via the chat for the second time in a row (the first time I was asking about the exchange process). The first rep did a great job of informing me of the process and where to send it. The second rep today was amazing at getting everything squared away. Took barely 3 minutes to get my return processed.

Meetchy was very helpful. Your exchange policy is very easy and good!

I purchased the Mushroom Flag. It was definitely a smart choice! So cute, jealous neighbors. I’ll for sure be a repeat customer!

Quick to assist and very helpful

Meetchy was very helpful and friendly! They were awesome and really tried to help me with my issue. When an item swap couldn't be done, they offered me a refund, which was a good resolution for my issue. I love LookHuman and Meetchy is a good representative of the company!

Meetchy!!! Went out of their way to make sure my order was correct. I am beyond shocked!! You dont get customer service like this anymore!!

They were prompt and polite
