I have placed an order over 2 weeks ago without delivery as of yet. Each time I wrote to them, someone else tells me something different than the previous person. It is clear that there isn't any internal communication within this company. I for one, would not recommend them. Still do not have my item and no clue as to why or what's going on!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered a funny card for Valentine's Day on February 3rd. The website said that orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of the order date. Today is February 9th and the order is still processing. The only solution that they had to was to cancel my order. Valentine's Day is on the 14th and I have no time to order a new card and send it out in the mail in time for Valentine's Day. Thanks for ruining my holiday.

I ordered two items on Dec 20, one is still "in shipping" the other is lost. (Today is January 19) Customer service did get back to me after several days and asked if I wanted items reshipped or to cancel the order. I asked for reship with expedited shipping. They said no because the items ship from different locations. I asked for a call... total silence. Not even crickets.... I read the company description on the website and got the impression that this is a small company doing small batch printing somewhere in Ohio... my mistake. I now believe this is a company that is buying printed product from overseas and designating shipping to individual order addresses. Terrible customer service and not worth the hassle to get the "fun" stuff that I ordered. I will now be calling my bank to challenge the charges. Save yourself the hassle and order some other place that will not be so un-fun to do business with.

I understand with Covid everything is wacky, but I received the wrong item and emailed them about the mix up, 6 days later I get a response asking if I would like a refund or the have them reprocess my order. I responded a few hours later asking for the item to be reprocessed and ship. Two weeks later no response or email with a tracking number for the correct item. So I went on the the chat and asked what was going on with the order and if they haven’t processed it then I’d just like a refund. The rep said I never responded to the email about whether I’d like a refund or the correct item. I sent her the screen shot of my sent email asking her the item to be reprocessed. No apology. Didn’t even acknowledge the screen shot I sent that that showed they messed up.

The item I ordered as a Christmas present took over a month to deliver. Ordered on 12/3, got it on 1/8. Never received order number, confirmation, update, or tracking number. Had no way of logging in to any account, and the website never gave me an option to check on my order. I did email in to check and asked for an order number/log in info but never got that information- only a “we hope your order will ship soon.”

Poor quality items and customer service. I ordered five shirts and two arrived with holes in the seams. I asked to initiate a return and full refund. They said my options were to donate the undamaged items to a charity and send them a photo of the receipt, or send everything back at my own expense. They sent me damaged items; why should I have to pay to send them back? Don’t order from this company.

I ordered product on 11/20/20 . I hadn’t received it by December 15. They allegedly we’re going to resend it priority and blamed post office labels getting ruined during shipping for the delay. I was to get it in a week. January 5th still hadn’t received due to production issues. Had to cancel the order. Did not seem to care at all...would not recommend ordering from this company

Honestly one star is too much. COVID has affected all of us but it's been a year, more than enough time to update a website if you're having issues meeting demand. I ordered one item in November of 2020, now it is Jan 2021 and I haven't heard anything. I sent multiple emails to them and I have heard nothing. Avoid this company. I believe all of the 5-star reviews here are FAKE reviews.
