Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I feel embarrassed that I didn't do more research before ordering. Thankfully it seems my order is smaller than some other reviewers, I couldn't imagine my anger at losing $100+. I ordered on 12/11 and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I have sent multiple emails, reached out through their chat service that's always down, even called and left voice-mails. At this point I'd prefer a refund simply for the fact that I don't want my money going to a company that's so unprofessional. They list that they reply within 24 hours, but it has been 11 days since my order and there has been 0 communication on their end. Save your money, go elsewhere, and do thorough research before purchasing from a company that's new to you.
