I ordered a tee specifically for the 4th of July holiday, and paid for expedited shipping to be sure it would arrive on time. It did not arrive until the 5th, though it apparently get out the door in time to arrive by the 3rd (I paid for 2-3 shipping). I called LookHuman for a refund on the shipping charge, which they took care of immediately after confirming the delivery date vs the ship date. I don't believe the late arrival was their fault, and good customer service when requesting a refund was greatly appreciated!

I have been buying clothes and goodies from this brand for few years. Never had a problem, and their customer service is really nice. They care about their community and listen to them.

LookHuman is the first place I go when birthdays or Christmas are around the corner because they have a little bit of everything for everyone!! Recently I had my first and only somewhat disappointing purchase but the return/exchange process was so quick and easy that it only made me appreciate LookHuman more!

I had an excellent experience with Look Human. I ordered a mug, it was cute and I had the cash to burn. But tragedy struck and the mug arrived broken. I couldn't tell you if USPS got a little rough with it or what, but I just e-mailed customer service explaining that absolute tragedy hath struck my order. They got back to me really quick and told me they were going to re-send the mug and not to worry about sending the broken one back and just recycle it. So I'm all in for a good customer service team, also the replacement mug arrived safe and sound. It works as any good mug would and is just as cute as online. I read a few of the 1 star reviews complaining about the shipping time and I will say I don't really notice when things take long to ship. I, like many, have been spoiled by Amazon Prime's 2 day shipping but I also am completely aware that it's not possible for all online shopping orders to do that. I know what the old days of internet shopping were like where stuff takes a month to arrive. So I'm not about to lose my mind over it. But that's just me.

This company is wonderful. I received a shirt that was a little bit too small so I purchased a larger one. I emailed the company and they refunded me & told me to donate the old one & I didn’t have to send back. Very prompt with responses & their quality is great.

Had a few reservations about ordering after reading bad reviews, mostly centred around shipping, but during a sale I decided to just risk it. Placing the order was quick and easy, I'd make sure to order when there is a sale though, which is often. Got the tracking link after a couple of days, and it would have arrived on time if it wasn't for Royal Mail having problems with deliveries to my building (this goes for all mail and Lookhuman is not at fault), thus it spent an extra five days being passed around Merseyside postal offices. Suddenly on the tracking information it said that it was being sent back to sender, so I got in contact with both Royal Mail and Lookhuman by mail. LookHuman replied a few hours later and let me choose to get my money back or for them to send a new shirt, I chose the latter. Two days later the concierge at my building says the package has been delivered, even though the tracking says it's on its way back to the US. I emailed Lookhuman again, and they quickly responded telling me to just keep both shirts so as not to inconvenience me by having to send it back. The product I ordered is a racerback tank, and the fabric is quite thin but feels very comfortable and the print held up being washed so I got no problems there. If there was just one thing I'd pick on it's the sizing, the medium was a bit too wide for me even though I followed the sizing chart. Pros: Helpful customer support, comfortable fabric, fun print and easy to place an order. Cons: Shipping takes a while internationally, but this isn't unusual. The sizing was a bit off for me, think this can vary by preference and body shape.
