LookHUMANReviews of lookhuman.com

I like the products they have but they can be super hard to find. Their search system brings up random results that make sense, I guess but should be filtered out. Example: when you search “anime”, animal themed stuff also comes up in the search, which is frustrating. Also, when you load more to look at, the description for each item is the same as the very last item before the load more button! Their checkout and delivery is always really good though. Just have to really search for what you want.

There was a weird glitch with the Search function that required me to refresh the page in order to see the next series of items. Might wanna get that looked at. Overall, a lovely experience otherwise.

Great merchandise, always fits as expected, but your "Free Shipping on Orders over $50" doesn't work. I just spent $52 and was charged 6.99 Shipping.

Love Lookhuman stuff. Great quality, good sales, and fun designs. My only complaint is it can take some time to get your order.

Great store. Love the products. Navigating through the store and filtering results can be a bit difficult or tedious at times, but the product is generally worth it.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter and it was printed on the wrong side. She emailed the company and got no reply. I then emailed and was sure to add the order number. I got a reply the same day and a shirt was sent promptly. My customer service experience was excellent.

I love the items but sometimes the shipping can take forever.

Shipping is slow but worth the wait. Great selection. No custom orders or plus size in women other than 2x. The t-shirt is fading after 3 washes. Still love it though. Good quality sweatshirts. I'd love to see extra long ones for leggings. Please get 4x in men and women! Sizes are fairly accurate.
