Fun products, terrible customer service. I've been waiting on an order for two months. Customer service said they must have lost it and said they would send another and never did.

Prompt customer service but not very effective- sent me the wrong item, offered to send the right one...only to send me the wrong item again. Very slow to ship too- arrived almost 2 weeks after the delivery notification email.

Really slow shipping time. Paid $5 for shipping and it took two weeks from the date I place my order to when my order arrived. I literally ordered a shirt from the United Kingdom on eBay which arrived at my doorstep in 10 days and cost less money and was better quality. Why would I ever order from this website again? The answer is I shall not and I recommend shopping around.

I was leery of this site because of mixed reviews, so I made 1 small purchase. I saw they had free shipping if you spent $75, but my gut told me no. Glad I listened. I ended up purchasing a graphic tank top from them. I paid for 5-7 day shipping, 14.99 which is very excessive, plus the 19.99 for the shirt. I didn't get a notification that it shipped until 16 days later. I finally received it after 23 days after I ordered it. It came in nothing more than a paper envelope. I loved it, soft, graphic was well done. I turned it inside out n washed in cold, delicates, cold, toss delicate dry. It looked fine, but by the 3rd wash, the graphics were peeling n cracking horribly. (I've since switched to hand wash, hang dry) I wore it outside to garden because it became my gardening shirt, n it can't handle sun. It wasn't melting, but it was definitely separating from the shirt because of the heat. I've had a lot of graphic tshirts over the years, n I've never had the print basically melt off in the sun. Overall, it was awesome the 1st day, but it's a gardening, cleaning, or painting shirt. Not a keep forever tshirt like every other tshirt I own. 10/10 would never buy again. Overpriced Trash. Stolen artwork.

I ordered two masks on the site at the beginning of April when the lead time was listed at around 2 weeks due to increased demand. After waiting the 2 weeks and not hearing a peep, I reached out to customer service and was told to be understanding and wait longer because they had been featured on major sites across the internet and so there would be an increased delay due to higher demand. I waited another week and reached out once again. This time I was told that they had shipped and would arrive soon. (The tracking number was provided via customer service after I stated I never received an email with tracking information). When the masks arrived, both were sewn unevenly with one side longer than the other. One did fit well enough, though. The other had ear loops that were very big (requiring knots to be tied in them just to make a decent fit), and smelled like it had been dipped in some kind of chemical. Having really looked forward to being able to use real cloth masks and not folded up handkerchiefs, I was pretty bummed about this. I understand that they are very busy, but they also keep taking more orders and adding new patterns to the site daily. After this disappointing experience, I do not think I would use this site again to order masks.

Really disappointed with the sizing of the face masks I ordered. Quality was fine however better suited for a child's face. Will be donating to someone else to use since I can't justify tossing due to price.

I placed my order on August 5th for one tank top. I received a tracking number but no link to actually track my order beyond their website which just gave me a status of shipped and an estimated date of August 10-13th. It’s now the 14th and I just emailed the company regarding the late order. They got back to me finally with an actual tracking number which now says August 19th. Over 14 days since I ordered and it still has not left the state the company is located in. Beyond ridiculous and will never order from them again.
